There are some things to keep in mind when youre into vertical jump training. If youre new to this, then the more important it is to read on and know the basic things that you should and should not do. First, you should always stretch and warm-up before any training session. This will help you loosen up the muscles so that it wont be stiff when youre doing critical exercises. As you warm-up your muscles, you also make them ready for the physical activity ahead. Second, you should not continue in any training program if you feel pain in any part of your body. This is because it can lead to further damage or injury if it is ignored. Check with a doctor first to determine whats wrong.
