Remote control planes are a great way to enjoy the outdoors. Most of us can’t – yet – afford our own full scale Cessna, but we can afford the remote control tw-747 cessna. This four channel trainer allows you to control the throttle, rudder, elevators, and ailerons just like a “real” pilot. The high wing design is very stable, just like on the full size Cessnas, so it is a good plane for a novice pilot. Some people start with 3 channels instead, which just drops the aileron controls. It is more a matter of preference. Three channel planes can be upgraded to four channels, although you would have to make the ailerons and install the servos yourself.
